The Kardashian family has been summoned to court! A judge set a trial for February 2009 regarding the lawsuit brought by Sonja Norwood, the mother of R&B star Brandy and Ray J.
Ray J. is the co-star of Kim's sex tape that was made while the two were dating.
Sonja accuses the Kardashians of charging over $120,000 on her credit card in 2006 and 2007, when Kim was working as Brandy's stylist.
The Kardashians have denied the allegation saying they had the woman's permission to charge her card.
